This fully air-conditioned apartment hotel, designed by a group of young Colombian artists, aims to create a cutting edge space with a unique design concept. Comprising of 20 apartments in total, it welcomes guests into a lobby with a 24-hour reception, safe, cloakroom and lift access. There is a TV lounge, café, bar, pub and restaurant on site, and business guests will appreciate the conference facilities and wireless Internet access. Room and laundry services are offered and those arriving by vehicle can make use of the hotel car park.
All of the apartments are 60 m² in size and feature an en suite bathroom (fitted with a bath, shower and hairdryer), a living room, a dining room and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a private balcony or terrace.
